Refund Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a request by email to support@carvx.be, including the order number, purchase date, and contact details.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method.
As a commercial gesture, CAR VX may extend this period to 30 days, subject to the conditions below. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Report has been accessed, if any credit has been used, or if the Service has been fully performed.
By accessing the Report, the Customer acknowledges that the Service has started and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.
If a Report contains no usable historical data, CAR VX may grant a credit allowing the Customer to check another vehicle. No monetary refund will be issued in such cases.
A Report is considered used once it contains any data, including mileage, damage, or vehicle history information.
